Botu-lin-um Toxin(BTX)

BTX is the trade name for botu-lin-um toxin which is a purified protein which acts by blocking nerve impulses to the muscles, thereby weakening the contraction and thus reducing wrinkles and fine lines.

The Procedure:

After a thorough consultation, the qualified doctors @ INURSKN calculate the exact number of units of botu-lin-um toxin is needed and the exact methodology and location for injection. A numbing cream is applied on the treatment area and botulinum toxin is injected through multiple tiny injections into the muscles.

The procedure is safe with no down-time. Sometimes localized pain or swelling or bruising may be associated with the injection. However all of these can be treated and disappear in few days’ time.
