Vaginoplasty if the minimally invasive surgery to repair the vagina. The vagina may need vaginoplasty for a variety of reasons ranging from childbirth trauma to congenital defects.
In general vaginoplasty covers the below issues:

The genital region of females is very sensitive and requires proper care in general and post surgery the below things should be considered:
– You should avoid long showers and should pat the surgical area dry every time after washing.
– The antibiotics prescribed should be taken to reduce pain and inflammation, which can be present after the procedure.
– Riding bikes, running and other physical activities will need to be avoided until deemed so by the treating doctor.
– Premature return to the activities can exert pressure on the surgical area and will unnecessarily delay the healing process.
– You should not wear tight clothes or undergarments as they cause friction against the treatment area.
– Also, you cannot indulge in sexual intercourse for at least four weeks.
Whenever there is an incision made on the skin of body, a scar is formed. The skin cannot heal without producing a scar. However the labial tissue does not scar as much as some other parts of the body. Blood clots may form in the deep veins following surgery, called deep vein thrombosis. Surgical risks such as these are less common if the patient is in good health prior to the operation.
